Delete your Parsio account

Parsio — AI Document Reader  ·  com.rijnera.parsio

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open Parsio and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right of the Home screen.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you signed in recently enough, deletion completes straight away. If not, the app will ask you to sign in again first — this is a security measure so that only you can delete your account.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app or your account, email tolganvr13@gmail.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Parsio account deletion request”. We will verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days.

What is retained, and why

DataReasonRetention
A monthly usage counter tied to a one-way encoding of your email address Prevents the free monthly allowance being reset by repeatedly deleting and recreating an account. It contains no document content and cannot be used to sign in. Rolling, reset monthly
Purchase and subscription records Held by Google Play and our payment processor (RevenueCat) to meet tax and accounting obligations. We cannot delete these on your behalf. As required by law
Anonymised, aggregated analytics Contains no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you after deletion. Indefinite
Deleting your Parsio account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play → Subscriptions, otherwise billing continues.

Documents and AI processing

Document text is sent to Google’s Gemini API to produce translations, summaries and answers. It is not used to train models, and Parsio retains no copy once your account is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
